Mountainscape

The design concept of this layout was to create a miniature resemblance of a mountainscape in an emersed form. We formed an angle to the substrate to accumulate the irrigation water and create a lake. We used a spotlight on the background wall as a focal point, slightly off the middle of the tank, to create balance with the mountain peeks. Finally, we painted the wall orange for a warm sunset feeling. Black lava rocks, potting soil mix, aquatic and terrestrial plants have been used for this composition.
