Absinthe Rituals

The aqua terrarium was installed in a corner of a bedroom in order to appear as an extension of the room. We wanted to create an impressive "wow" moment upon entry. It is an open-front aqua terrarium designed to provide immediate impact to the viewer both visually and aurally as shimmering droplets falling constantly on the water column create a soothing water sound. A fog system creates an illusion of waterfall and gives a mystical vibe to the installation. For the background has been used PU foam as a base and then carved to give the desired shape. On top has been laid a specific kind of felt for optimal plant growth.
